We do our best to keep our website updated with all the new information, current prices, etc, but at times manufacturers/distributors change prices on us so prices are subject to change without notice in some situations.
COMMUNICATING WITH US:
When you visit track-junkie.com, send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You hereby consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, You hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement (if any).
EXCHANGES/APPAREL EXCHANGE:
There are no exchanges on products purchased on Track-Junkie.com except for apparel. Any apparel that is purchased through us qualifies for the hassle free exchange as long as it's a domestic order. We currently only ship domestic orders, but when we do ship overseas orders they can be exchanged, but the customer will pay shipping both ways.
No questions will be asked on the apparel exchange as long as it's returned in new condition with the original box, instructions, tagging and wrappings.
Apparel is defined as (Clothing, Hats, Leathers, Boots, Gloves) You may exchange apparel for a different size only of the same brand and type. For example if you want to exchange it towards a different brand apparel or completely different product then our normal 25% restocking fee will apply plus our return shipping cost (maximum 35 dollars) for back shipping to the manufacture. We do not make money on returns. This is the fees we would have to pay ourselves. All Apparel is limited to one exchange only. All apparel with Track Junkie Racing logo can be exchanged for a different size, but you are responsible for the return shipping and a RMA number is required before we will accept the package. No restocking fee is charged for Track Junkie Racing apparel when exchanges for a different size is needed as long as the original tags are in place and the items are unworn. You have 7 days from receipt of order to contact us to make the exchange.
If you wish to exchange apparel then contact us via our contact email address for an RMA number We will send you directions on how to exchange it and ship it back to us and we'll ship you a different size. Shipping charges may apply for shipments going back to the customer from the exchange. Do not send packages to our P.O. Box. They will not be accepted. You must contact us for a RMA(return merchandise authorization) number and address to send your package to.
Exchanges for products other than apparel is prohibited. You will have to return the product/s in new packaging and uninstalled and come with all documents and installation instructions they were delivered in. No returns are allowed on Exhaust, WindScreens, Body Work, Dynojet products like power commanders, quick shifters etc.. NO EXCEPTIONS! See Return policy for more details. Any parts that were installed will not be accepted for return. This must be done before 7 days after receipt of order. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
REFUNDS/CANCELLED ORDER:
1. A refund may be requested on any item prior to its shipping for full in store credit or a refund to your payment method. A full refund 100% will be issued if the item is backordered, but if we had to order it in or have it drop shipped and it's already en route to us our you then a restocking fee will apply. If you have been billed on a backordered item past 90 days you can only receive in store credit. We stock some products we sell, but most are currently drop shipped to you from the manufacture and backorders are often beyond our control.
2. If a partial refund is given we'll take the total amount the customer paid minus what was already shipped or received and that amount will be refunded immediately.
3. All refunds to credit cards and PayPal accounts are normally processed within five (5) business days not including holidays.
4. If we ship an item to you and you do not claim it at the post office or sign for it and want it resent the customer must pay shipping to resend it. This also applies to orders that you received free shipping the first time it was sent out.
5. If you wish to cancel after the products have already shipped to you then the 25% restocking fee will be applied plus a maximum of 20 dollars shipping charge.
MERCHANDISE PRICING:
Track-Junkie.com can not confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. (We’re only human) If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, you will only be charged the correct, lower amount.
PRODUCT IMAGES/DESCRIPTIONS:
Track-Junkie.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product images and/or descriptions. However, Track-Junkie.com does not warrant that product images, descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. At this time, TRACK JUNKIE RACING ships merchandise to locations within North America. We do not ship to international locations at this time. All orders are shipped ground in 7-10 business days or sooner in most cases. If the item is on back order our goal is to ship it within 3 weeks from the time of order. If you require a faster service please contact us through our contact page or fax your order in and some one will contact you with details and additional shipping charges may apply. Depending on availability of product, faster shipping may not be possible at the time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. X-Treme will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.Battery Warranty
We offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all gas engines for all models.
We offer a 1 year engine warranty on selected ATV's & Moped Motorcycles models:
XA-110 - XA-112 - XA-114 - XA-150 - XM-50 - XM-150 XM-155 - XM-160. The 1 year engine warranty warrants against factory defects only. Defective engines must be returned to X-Treme Scooters at the customers expense & will be replaced if X-Treme Scooters determines the engine is defective due to a factory defect.
X-Treme Scooters will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement engine to the customer.Limited Warranty Details
What is covered & what is not covered:
1. Shipping damage: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, X-Treme will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery. In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos may be required by e-mail), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, X-Treme may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
2. Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
3. During your applicable warranty period: X-Treme Scooters will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter. X-Treme may require certain parts to be returned to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user / customer. Call tags will never be issued.Pocket Bike & Gas Scooters Models Starting With 'XG' Warranty: "Manufactures defects will only be covered"
1. Engines are covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we ship the pocket bike or gas scooter to you. Failure to premix oil with the gas voids the engine warranty.
2. Pull starters are not covered. Spare scooter pull starters can be
purchased online.

If during the first 15 days you choose to return merchandise purchased from X-Treme Scooters for a replacement/exchange or refund, please review the terms and conditions below.
Return Terms and Conditions
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense. Shipping charges included in the Purchase Price of the Merchandise are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way or gas has been added to the fuel tank. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment:- Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, Manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us via our support department help desk.
- Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
- Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
At the discretion of X-Treme Scooters, returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or an additional processing fee may apply. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). TRACK JUNKIE RACING reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Returns:
1. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or they will be refused and returned to you. There are no returns after 7 days the shipment was delivered to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
2. There are no returns on electronics like power commanders, quick shifters, ignition modules etc.. Due to the fact we can't test them, they can be installed wrong and we will not sell used electronics to another customer. All electronics from Track-junkie.com are sold new. If you have a problem with electronics the manufacturer warranties their products so contact them or we can contact them on your behalf if need be.
3. There will be no exchanges or returns on any colored brake lines. Colored brake lines are custom built for you. Not even the manufacturers stock them as there are so many color combinations per bike. All brake lines sales are final since they are special ordered for you.
4. There are no exchanges or returns on Wheels, Bodywork, Exhaust and Special Orders. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on any products that have BEEN OPENED, INSTALLED or TAMPERED with. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
5. NO RETURNS on any power products such as scooters, mopeds, pocket bikes, motorcycles etc... Due to the fact we can not test the product all returns or warranties are handled thru the manufacture of the products. If you need to return the product for any reason please contact the manufacture as Track Junkie Racing will not be accepting returns on any scooters, mopeds, pocket bikes, motorcycles etc.. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
6. To obtain a RMA number, e-mail us by filling out the contact page and tell us why you want to return the items and the current condition of the product.
7. All returns must be in new packaging and uninstalled and come with all documents and installation instructions. Any parts that were installed will not be accepted for return.
8. Products must be returned in new condition. Make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage in shipping. All returns will be paid for by the shipper and no COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted. If an error of Track-Junkie.com occurs for a product and needs to be returned the customer will pay shipping back to us and be refunded for shipping once the product is at our location.
9. All returns must be delivered to us 7 days after the RMA was issued and all returns must be requested within 7 days after the shipment was delivered to you.
10. All returns not in error of Track-Junkie.com will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as this is what the distributors/manufacturers will subject us to. Plus our return shipping cost Maximum 20 dollar to cover our shipping cost back to the manufacture. Due to this policy it’s important you buy the correct part and size you require.
11. Your original receipt must be included inside the returned package and the RMA number must be listed on the outside of the box that is returned. Directions and further details will be given to you when the RMA number is requested.
12. If a product is in error of Track-Junkie.com we will not have any restocking fee's and will cover shipment back to us (We are human and at times make mistakes). Before any more products are shipped out though we must receive the return item back. We will cover all shipping expenses on any mistakes made by Track-Junkie.com, but only for ground or priority mail. We however will not accept a product that has been OPENED, INSTALLED, or TAMPERED with. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
